Our delicious vanilla-based cookie with miniature- and standard-sized chocolate chips throughout. We top the cookie with more chocolate chips (because is there ever too much chocolate?) and flaked sea salt to really bring out the flavors.
We start with browned butter and bourbon, then add buttery toasted pecans inside. Sea salt flakes and pecan halves top it off to perfection. Not too sweet, with just a hint of bourbon flavor.
A rich vanilla base, filled with whole pistachios and toffee bits, then topped with more of each (and flaky sea salt) for the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
